A TEDx speaker and a travel addict with patriotic ambitions, Paras has several academic and honors to his name and is well known in the recycling industry due to his love for saving the planet. His realization for waste plastic management happened when he reached Everest base camp and saw plastic dumps on the world's most beautiful place. Since then he invested his time & energies in strategizing an effective and end-to-end plastic waste management solution that was both capable of backing up rural and urban infrastructure.
Paras effort was recognized under Government's Startup India campaign. Paras is a visionary with several years of corporate experience that he brings to Shayna Ecounified India Private Ltd.
Nitin comes with an abundance of experience of over 17 yrs encompassing marketing, strategic planning, budgeting, revenue management, media planning & buying, qualitative & quantitative research, brand management, P.R., business development, business process automation, retail and visual merchandising.He has worked with leading global and Indian media agencies like GroupM and Madison as head of Trading & Operations wherein he spearheaded Media Planning, Buying & for some esteemed clients in the industry.
Prior to the agency vertical, Nitin has worked as General Manager and Marketing Head for both Foreign and Indian brands ranging from fashion, furniture, (Jato Group of Italy), travel gear (Delsey – France, Prince Travelware, Pronto, Eminent - Taiwan), plastic houseware, material handling and other consumer durables (Prince Plastics).
He brings his expertise to Shayana Ecounified in the field of strategy, alliances communication and marketing.
Nishant has 15 years of sailing experience as Merchant Marine officer in addition he has experienced in mechanical construction field. He has experienced the impact/ nuisance created by plastic waste on the environment closely. He has taken upon himself to contribute to the Society in getting rid of the plastic waste…Being a keen admirer and a nature loving person himself, he so well understands that how much important it is to live in a healthy surrounding. Keeping this notion in mind he, with his strong will has taken a step forward in helping India go green. This creative idea will surely prove a big support in India’s Eco-friendly movement..

Himanshu is a technocrat having 18yrs of rich experience in IT/ITES sales and marketing, budgeting, project management, project planning, managing Govt affairs across India. He has got many awards for his performance in planning and executing large scale Govt SI and MMP projects from different state governments and also from Central government.
He had worked for Indraprastha University, RCOM, HCL, JK group, Innovatiview in various capacities. Now he is following his passion to work for the environment and save nature..
