Products FaQ's

Our HDCP ties are made using waste plastic, different types of polymers are combined with mixing agents to build our heat resistant, unbreakable, anti microbial and anti skidding HPCP tiles.

YES, they can bear temperature upto 140 degree.

We have two varieties of HDCP tiles, the one weighing 250 gms has a load bearing capacity of 20 tonnes and the one weighing 200 gms has a load bearing capacity of 10 tonnes. Our HDCP tiles have sucessfully passed the required strength tests.

Shayna Ecounified India Pvt Ltd’s HDCP tiles have several quality control tests that are used to meet product specifications and standardizations. HDCP tile inspection test established by the ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials) include tensile strength, flammability, thermal stability, compression strength, water absorption analysis, uv accelerated weathering, fire retardant, antistatic, zero halogen with no emission, glass transition temperature, permeability, environmental stability, resistance against strong acids & bases tests.

For fixing tiles using sand and cement follow the instructions given below:

a) Before starting the project, start with a dry run by laying out the tiles in the desired design/pattern (if using multiple colour tiles) on a plain levelled surface.

b) Use Cement and sand mortar in the ratio of 1:3. Add some water to create consistent paste.

c) Once the mixing has been completed, DO NOT add more water and use mixture within one hour.

d) Apply a 15-20 mm layer of bedding material evenly spread over an area of 2’ x 2’ section/surface of floor/area at a time or as per directions of the site supervisor & engineer-in charge. Ensure that the tiled surface is levelled. Press gently for even adherence at the back of tile. Do not use iron hammer. Always use wooden hammer to press the tile.

e) Lay out tiles from the centre of area in the desired design/pattern (if using multiple colour tiles) so that cut tiles, if any will be on the outer edges towards walls or side.

f) Wait for 24-48 hours after fixing tiles. The area should be completely protected from pedestrian traffic or any subsequent disturbances for this period.

Please note the company does not accept any liability in case of problem arising out of non-adherence to these tile fixing instructions.

THE COMPANY WILL BARE NO RESPONSIBILITY AFTER TILES ARE FIXED. NOTHING IN THIS INSTRUCTION IS THE SUBSITUTE FOR A GOOD WORKMANSHIP AND SUPERVISION.
