Our proprietary innovation developed in collaboration with CSIR–NPL, enables us to create stronger, safer, weather-resistant, and 100% recyclable infrastructure alternatives — from park benches and smart dustbins to modular toilets, kiosks, and eco-tiles.

Turning Plastic Waste into Public Infrastructure
Shayna Ecounified was founded with one clear question: What if plastic waste could build what India needs most?
In 2017, Paras Saluja launched Shayna after a transformative visit to Vietnam, where he witnessed discarded plastic being repurposed into functional resources. Inspired to act, he combined corporate leadership with design thinking to solve a national problem through local infrastructure.
The result was HDCP™ (High-Density Composite Polymer)—a patented, structural-grade material developed in partnership with CSIR–NPL, made entirely from post-consumer plastic waste.
Our vision was—and remains—simple and scalable:

By 2018, Shayna began full-scale production, rapidly earning recognition from Startup India, DIPP, and public sector innovation frameworks.
